Where no two days are the same.Your roleAs a senior software engineer with Capgemini, you will have 4 + years of experience in Matillion technology with strong project track recordIn this role you will play a key role in:Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skillsVery good judgement skills and ability to shape compelling solutions and solve unstructured problems with assumptionsVery good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams spread across geographiesStrong executive presence and entrepreneurial spiritSuperb leadership and team building skills with ability to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration rather than direct line authorityYour profile
• Design, develop, migrate , test, and deploy Matillion ETL jobs in accordance with project requirements.
• Strong SQL knowledge to write medium to complex SQL queries.
• Collaborate with the Data and BI team to understand data integration needs and translate them into Matillion ETL solutions.
• Identify opportunities for performance optimization and implement enhancements to ensure efficient data processing.
• Understand existing code and to update as required.
• Perform release activities, execute and fix init/daily loads
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including database administrators, data engineers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration of ETL processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Matillion ETL jobs, ensuring knowledge transfer within the team.
